Burt Brothers Sweepstakes Official Rules 

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Burt Brothers Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 AM MT on September 22, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MT on October 4, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The prize drawing will take place on or about October 15, 2025. 

  1. HOW TO ENTER

To enter, visit any participating Burt Brothers Tire & Service location during the Sweepstakes Period and scan the QR code displayed in-store. You will be directed to an online entry form where you must provide the following required information: 

Full Name 

Mailing Address 

Telephone Number 

Email Address 

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Incomplete or duplicate entries will be disqualified. 

Alternate Method of Entry: You may also enter without visiting a store by mailing your full name, address, phone number, and email address to: Burt Brothers Sweepstakes Entry, 737 N 400 W North Salt Lake, UT 84054. Mail-in entries must be received by October 4, 2025, to be eligible.  

  1. ELIGIBILITY

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Burt Brothers Tire & Service, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) or members of the same household of such employees are not eligible to enter or win. 

  1. PRIZES

Eligible entrants will be entered for a chance to win one of the following prizes: 

One (1) Grand Prize: A new set of tires (up to a $1,200 value; installation included at a Burt Brothers Tire & Service location). 

One (1) Secondary Prize: A pair of tickets to a local sporting event (up to a $300 value). 

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted, except at the sole discretion of Burt Brothers. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. 

  1. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about October 15, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by phone and/or email within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond within thirty (30) days of the notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected. 

  1. MARKETING CONSENT

By submitting an entry, you agree to allow Burt Brothers Tire & Service to contact you via email, phone, and/or mobile messaging (including SMS/MMS) for promotional and marketing purposes. You may opt out of future communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the messages. 

  1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Burt Brothers reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. 

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Burt Brothers Tire & Service, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising/promotion agencies from any and all liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. 

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the entry process will be used in accordance with Burt Brothers’ privacy policy and for marketing communications as outlined in Section 6.

  1. UTAH STATE-SPECIFIC PROVISIONS

The following provisions apply to residents of the State of Utah in compliance with Utah Code Title 13, Chapter 28 – Prize Notices Regulation Act: 

  • Written Notice: If you are notified that you have won or may win a prize, you will receive a written prize notice that includes the name and address of the Sponsor, the verifiable retail value (ARV) of the prize, and your odds of winning.
  • Prize Claim Deadline: Winners residing in Utah must claim their prize within 30 days of notification.
  • Sales Presentations: Entry into the Sweepstakes does not require attendance at any sales presentation. No purchase or promotional obligation is required to claim any prize.
  • Alternative Method of Entry: As noted in Section 2, Utah residents may enter the Sweepstakes via a no-cost mail-in entry method.
  • Disclosures: All promotional materials directed to Utah residents will clearly disclose:
  • Eligibility requirements
  • Entry period
  • Number and type of prizes
  • Retail value of each prize
  • Odds of winning
  • That no purchase is necessary

  • Legal Compliance: This Sweepstakes is structured to avoid creating a lottery under Utah law. No purchase is required, prizes are awarded by chance, and there is a free method of entry. This ensures compliance with Utah’s anti-lottery statutes.

 

  1. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, all entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Utah. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
