Topknot service.. They go out of their way to do everything they can.. Tires can be a difficult business but they make it as easy as possible they are my favorite Tire shop!

Had a tire blow out very close to their close time on a Saturday, they were able to get me in immediately and swap out all four of my tires quickly! Awesome crew and service at BB Tooele!

I typically go to Big-O, but was overdue for my oil change due to life getting in the way. They weren't able to get me in. Burt Brothers was able to get me in right away. Though they were much more expensive than I usually pay, they applied a coupon and helped me out. They did not need to go above and beyond like that for my lack of being able to get my car serviced when it needed to be. I truly appreciate their kindness. They were busy, but still helpful nice, apologetic, and relatively quick. It was a pleasant experience and they made a good impression.

These guys are awesome and try there best to take care of people. Had a couple hiccups, they made it good and right. Nothing bad to say about them. Marshal is the alignment guy for sure. Great work, I’ll be continuing business with him.
