Great service, great people, very very nice shop. Have purchased tires each time and it’s always been a no hassle experience. This last time my wife went with me and Brian was very cordial and friendly explaining everything in detail to her. She was very comfortable buying tires. This will be our shop for our tire and vehicle suspension and brake needs. Can’t say enough about this place.

I recently had the opportunity to have a problem diagnosed and serviced by the technicians at Burt Brothers in Pleasant View, UT. The issue involved an intermittent ABS light coming on and the ABS engaging during braking. I had taken the truck to Les Schwab and they had it for an entire day, replacing a sensor and then concluding that they had exhausted the extent of their troubleshooting ability and charged me $240.00 for replacing a sensor that did not resolve the issue. Burt Brothers was informed of the issue and given the information that Les Schwab technicians had told me. Burt Brothers technicians performed a thorough troubleshooting process on the truck, discovered a cause, diagnosed a solution, implemented the solution and solved the problem. I paid a reasonable price for the service and had the opportunity to take the truck on a road trip to Payson and back. The truck performed flawlessly and the brake system worked perfectly. I would recommend Burt Brothers of Pleasant View to anyone needing thorough, competent professional service on their vehicle and plan to use them for all of my vehicles' tires and service needs in the future.
