Every time I visit, I am confident that my car will receive excellent care. Russ consistently assists me and provides exceptional service.He communicates effectively, consistently informing me of my car's requirements. He also checks on my family and me to ensure our comfort and offers refreshments such as water or coffee. This level of service fosters a sense of safety and security. Absolutely 10/10 service.

These guys were amazing! I was heading out of town and found a screw in my sidewall and a balding tire. With only 20 mins left in their day, they decided to stay a little later to help me get new tires on my car and get me on my way!!! Super nice, and patient with a very frazzled individual. I stay loyal to Burt Brothers because of service like this.

Went in for a new battery (I had no idea what I needed) they were so helpful and they got me what I needed. I have also got tired here and the price was great and the service was excellent! I highly recommend Burt Bros!

even though I have not purchased tires from Burt Brothers, I stopped in for a tire repair. They didn’t charge me a cent and had me out of there in 15 minutes. I don’t think Service can get any better than that!
