I hope I make this a long story short! Although I am incredibly impressed and so thankful for the mechanics and the workers at this Burt Brothers! I definitely have had some terrible experiences with other shops as others have. So I was seriously hesitant to get the work done. Although, I went in and made an appointment to have my car serviced with an unfortunately long list of things needed- all 4 rotors, rear breaks, lights, all four new tires etc. and not only did they get everything on my checklist done, although did it all in a work day! I had my car back by the same afternoon. I am super impressed with their work and service. Employee and environment wise I am also very impressed. I had such a pleasant and positive experience. They were confident in every conversation I had with them and great at problem solving to help give me the best bang for my buck. As well as explaining their reasoning for suggesting a solution to a problem I brought to their attention. They were thorough and also financially thoughtful. Thank you guys so much!!

My main vehicle is 4 years new with 245K, which occasionally has emissions issues. Tyler and his crew has always done a great job in taking care of my cars as well as my granddaughters cars. Kudos to Tyler and his crew!
