I cannot thank the team at the American Fork Burt Brothers enough for their professionalism. I came in with a difficult situation involving a third-party warranty company (SilverRock) for a door lock repair. Even though it was clear the manager knew the warranty company would be a headache to deal with, he chose to help me anyway. I later found out the shop actually lost money on the job because the warranty company refused to pay fair rates for the work performed. Despite that, the staff remained professional and made sure my car was safe and functional. It is rare to find a business that prioritizes the customer’s well-being over their own bottom line. If you want a shop that operates with total integrity, this is the place.

Needed a set of tires, same day. They had several options from their warehouse and had the tires in a couple of hours. Installation was smooth. No pressure. No trying to sell me something else. They just worked to figure out what I needed and got the job done. Really appreciate it!

Woke up and found I had a flat tire that had been sliced and had to be replaced quickly. I called four tire shops. Of them, Burt Brothers the only one that could get me in quickly but they also had rhe lowest proce to boot. It was 25% lower than what I quoted elsewhere. Melissa was great to work with.

I had my tire shredded while driving. My car was towed to Burt brothers, I had a unique tire size, while they didn’t haven’t in stock, the person that I as helping us drove to another location to pick up a tire for us, to get us on our way.
