Burt Brothers Tire & Service American Fork, UT: Tire Shop & Auto Repair

Justin was absolutely amazing. Not only did they price match tires but we had an emergency on the free way and Justin came and changed my tire on his way home from work.

Hit a huge pothole this past Friday night during the rainstorm on the way home from school and it messed up my steel rims, with one of the wheel covers popping right off. Being far from home and family with no tools on hand to straighten the lip back out, there wasn’t much to do except leave the car at my apartment overnight and head out to a shop first thing the next day. Burt Brothers in American Fork wasn’t the closest shop, but it was worth going the extra way out to get here. The lot was packed and I assumed they wouldn’t be able to take me, but Justin and the rest of the team were still able to squeeze me in the same day! While they checked everything out and fixed it within an hour (all free of charge), I grabbed a bite at one of the many places nearby. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with wi-fi too, for anyone who’d rather wait on-site. With that said, I am beyond grateful! Everyone here is professional and hard-working and they gave me real peace of mind knowing my tires were safe and road-ready. Their honesty and care truly means a lot and I felt completely taken care of. For as long as I’m in Utah, Burt Brothers will be my go-to for any car-related services and I’d highly recommend them to anyone else who needs it. Thank you again!

Great quality service! They also have a good schedule to work around. They also have great prices, I would definitely recommend!

Very kind and friendly. Willing to help you with any of your needs.

They were exceptional! I have an older truck with a labor intensive suspension design. They took their time to make sure my truck was driving straight. Overall very happy with their work and their willingness to attempt my alignment. Not an easy task! Thank you again!

I come here often. They are honest, professional, competent, and always look for ways to save me money.

Needed a quick check to torque my tire and they were able to take care of this super quick! Appreciate the help!!
