Had a great experience with Bert Brothers Tire and Service! I had a 10:00 appointment for an oil change, and they got me in right at 10:00. I was back on the road in just 30 minutes! Serj the owner, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. It’s refreshing to find a business that values your time and provides such great customer service.

We cannot say enough good things about Burt Brothers! We were doing a walk-around of our fifth wheel on Friday evening before a Saturday travel day and noticed that two of our tires had some really unusual tread wear that was clearly more than normal wear and tear. My husband called Burt Brothers at 5:30 PM on a Friday, and they immediately told us they could get us in right when they opened at 8 AM Saturday. They had the two tires we needed ready to go and told us they’d have us back on the road within 45 minutes, which was already amazing considering we were towing our fifth wheel 300 miles and needed to travel that day. We ended up being there for only about 30 minutes! Everyone was incredibly fast, kind, and helpful, and they made what could have been a really stressful start to a travel day completely painless. They even had free Hot Wheels for our boys, which absolutely made their morning. We’re so grateful for how well they took care of our family and got us safely back on the road. Truly exceptional customer service from start to finish. We would absolutely recommend Burt Brothers!

I love that Burt Brothers gets my oil changed and tires rotated quickly every time. I have been loyal to Burt Brothers since 1997. They have amazing customer service!

We were visiting family and woke up on Labor Day to a flat tire. Burt Brothers was open AND schedualed a time for us. They found a nail and patched the tire in 40 minutes and didnt charge us! Wonderful service and customer service

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The best auto mechanic experience I’ve ever had. We were traveling in a rental camper van when a concerning brake warning came on right before an interstate trip. Burt Brothers got us in quickly, figured out the issue, and took care of everything efficiently. They were clearly knowledgeable and competent, and most importantly, gave us the peace of mind that the van was safe and ready for the road. Erica at the front desk was especially fantastic—friendly, helpful, communicative, and genuinely made a stressful situation much easier. And as a bonus, they had Park City Coffee Roaster coffee while we waited! Couldn’t recommend the Burt Brothers Park City team more highly. Great people, great service, and exactly the kind of shop you want when something unexpected happens on a trip.

I will recommend this shop to friends. The team was consistently helpful, from ordering tires and booking an appointment to addressing all of my concerns. Josh took the time to help me understand how the previous shop handled my brake service and equipped me with the language to address my truck's issue with them. I had a set of tires put on my truck at Burt Brothers today and walked out with so much more and an honest quote to get the brake work done if the other shop did not make good on their services. Some places pump out service fast and unreliably. This is not one of them. The customer service is at the top and it really shows. Thank you.

I had what I thought was a slow leak in one of my tires, so I brought it into this location. They found a small nail, removed it, and patched the tire for me—completely free of charge! Great service and such a pleasant surprise. I really appreciated how quickly and easily they took care of it. Highly recommend!
