Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Park City, UT 84098

Everyone is helpful and nice there. I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Unfortunately with all this construction in PC, I got a screw in the front tire of my BMW. So I made an appointment online the night before and they patched it up next day free of charge. It took about 2 hours, but that’s expected. I dropped it off and came back when it was finished. That’s it. Painless. Hope this helps someone.

After noticing an alert on my vehicle about a tire pressure issue on my way home to WA state, I went to this location and was treated with kindness and empathy when I realized a tire needed to be replaced before I could continue on. They worked efficiently, and got me on the road in such a timely manner. Serge, Ed, and Erica are phenomenal. I’ve never had that epic of customer service in my life.

Kindness, generosity and true professionalism exist! We were traveling from Washington DC to California and hit a pothole which threw off the balance on one of our tires. Based on the sound, I spent the night concerned we might have damaged a strut or bearings. With great anxiety I called Burt Brothers at 8:00AM. I was scheduled immediately for when the main mechanic got in. To my great relief, there was no structural damage. The front tires got re-balanced and we are now able to continue on our way. As I waited in the waiting room, I appreciated the warmth and professionalism with which each client was treated. Super grateful! If I was local, this would be my place.

So helpful! I had an oil change and they put too much oil in my van at a different shop so I stopped in and they syphoned out the excess for free. Got me in and out in 30 minutes. Great people

Wow! Flat tire at night 200 yards from the Forestdale Dr. location. Drove the car to the shop. In the morning, they repaired the flat promptly, and even though I had not bought the tire from Burt Brothers, they did not charge me, as per shop practice. While I waited, I was impressed with the staff's interactions with all the customers. I highly recommend this shop. Thanks.
