Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Farmington, UT 84025

I worked with Travis, and he was great! He went above and beyond to help me get the right diagnosis, and to help me get my car fixed as quickly as possible. He was sensitive to how long my car had been in the shop, and the fact that I was renting a car. He came in on his day off, just to make sure my car was getting the right repairs and that those repairs were being done in a timely manner. There was some extra work that needed to be done on my car, and Travis stuck to the initial quote that he provided me. Throughout the whole process, he was constantly telling me, “I’m here for you from the beginning to the end”…and he was! I always knew what was going on, because he was consistently providing me updates. I could not have had a better experience than what I just had with Travis at Burt Brothers Farmington!

Saturday night, flat tire. New car without spare, but a portable air compressor. Filled it up multiple times until this Monday morning, at which I was first in line at our Farmington Burt Brothers. They quickly took out a 6 inch metal rod from the tire, patched it and I was on my way in no time. Great service and no charge for the flat! When I need new tires, I’ll start with Burt Brothers!

We arrived being dropped off from a tow truck after a blowout on the highway. Every level of service from the Tech who repaired the tire, our Salesperson, and General Manager of the operation was absolutely impeccable. (All three took extra time to make sure we were taken care of) I can’t recommend this establishment more highly.
