I absolutely love app the guys at Burt Brothers! They are always very polite, quick, efficient, and fair. There’s been a few times where they quote me one price, but after the service is done it ends up cheaper. They never try to push unnecessary out extra work. I’ll never go anywhere else. :)

I barely made it off the highway in St George with a van that was overheating and visited 2 shops that said they didn’t have time to help before I got to Burt Brothers. The guys diagnosed my overheating problem late on a Saturday just before the store was closing, and knowing I needed it to leave town on the next morning, they stayed an hour after closing to replace the thermostat and we haven’t had any issues since the repair. I appreciate them correctly diagnosing the issue and staying late to finish the job correctly so we could get home safely.

Honestly, a highly recommended place for auto service. Very informal throughout the day with the progress of the work being done. Which included phone calls and pictures throughout the day. They didn’t do any extra work that was found without the OK from myself and it was a very well-explained reason why the work needed to be done. I didn’t feel pressured into anything. I was well taken care of with a decent, fair price for parts/labor. This is all from my experience and opinion. I hope it helps those of you who are looking for a place to take your auto to be serviced. I would definitely give this place a try.
