Took my car in for AC and a headlight, they ruled out a bunch of possibilities and then didn’t even charge me cause they didn’t fix anything. Honest stand up people, I’d go back once my car has real problems lol

They were super friendly and helped me get the best deal for my food trailer. I had a slight mechanical issue and they help me work through that as well. Felt like I was there making friends not just getting my tires done.

Ac is freezing cold

We woke up on our departure day from St. George back to Colorado to discover my driver's side rear tire was flat because a screw was lodged in it. I called Burt Brothers Tire & Service and spoke with Reiner. He was friendly, welcoming, and immediately told us to bring the vehicle in—they'd get us taken care of as quickly as possible. When we arrived, they got the car on the rack right away, repaired the tire, and then told us there was no charge. I honestly thought I had misheard them. We hadn't even purchased our tires there! Reiner was attentive, professional, and worked hard to get us safely back on the road. He went above and beyond with a level of customer service that's becoming harder and harder to find. If you're in the St. George area and need tire service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Burt's Tire & Service. They turned what could have been a stressful start to our trip home into a reminder that there are still businesses that genuinely take care of people. Thank you, Reiner!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I drove from out of town with car troubles and the store clerk was above and beyond amazingly helpful. They got me right in and made sure my car was taken care of. Highly recommend this place because he is honest and helpful!
