I had an appointment made and was sick and unable to drop it off. I called them and since I was only two blocks away they came picked it up and did the work then dropped it back off. That's Great customer service!! There Awesome!!

Made an appointment to take a fleet vehicle in for an oil change- after looking up our Carfax records they determined we'd JUST had it done 600 miles prior (we need better records, haha). So, instead of taking our money anyway, Marcus walked over to the coffee shop to let me know "You don't need an oil change, but we'll still check your alignment since it's already on the lift." Couldn't ask for more honest integrity than that.

I got a flat on I-80 when traveling through back to Wyoming. I called and they got me in immediately, got me a great deal on some tires, and were extremely kind! I can’t say enough about the service I received! Thank you Burt Brothers, but specifically the Coalville location!

Got a flat tire 14 miles outside of Coalville, Burt Brothers was the closest tire shop to me and I am glad I went with them! The techs were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They had my best interest in mind and tried to save me money and explain what/why things needed to be done. Highly recommended!
