They were super fast and super honest. A certain other service location, rhymes Shiffy Shube….., said we need a new tire cause the leak was unrepairable. Burt Brothers looked at it and fixed it in 20 minutes for free. Definitely better then the other guys across the street

The team at the Eagle Mountain Burt Brothers earned a customer for life this week. I was dealing with a frustrating window regulator issue and a very difficult warranty provider. From the start, the manager was kind, patient, and optimistic about helping me navigate the claims process. When the warranty company (SilverRock) ultimately played games and refused to pay the industry-standard fee for the repair, the shop was left with a $179 shortfall. Instead of passing that cost onto me or making it my problem, the manager absorbed the loss and ensured I walked out the door with a working vehicle and a smile. I was floored by their generosity and character. This is a shop that actually cares about the community they serve. Highly, highly recommended!
