He brings a unique blend of legal and business expertise, having led multiple successful organizations by building strong cultures, inspiring teams, and driving growth across retail and commercial sectors. At Burt Brothers, he is focused on accelerating strategic expansion while enhancing the customer and employee experience. His leadership is central to guiding the company’s long-term vision and growth strategy.
David Celenza
Chief Operating Officer
David Celenza, COO of Burt Brothers since March 2025, brings over 25 years of experience in retail and automotive leadership. Holding a master’s degree from Montclair State University, he leverages his expertise to enhance the experience for both customers and employees. Chief Financial Officer
