Freddy and his guys were able to get me in and out super quick on a last notice, Jess was super awesome with his help after finding out I had one bad tire and was able to give me options that worked. I’ve worked with Freddy in the past and he has always been super helpful and great to work with I would gladly recommend anyone to them!

We have never been to any Burt’s Brothers but were driving through this little town and needed immediate work on our truck. We had been stuck on the side of the road in the heat, with our dog. This place was the quickest to get to, very convenient off the freeway. They immediately gave us a nice air conditioned place to sit, cold water, and let our dog come in too. Our truck had been in the shop twice earlier in the month and they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. As soon as Burt’s Bros looked at it they were able to have it diagnosed. We came pretty late in the evening near closing time, and they had to order a part, so we had to leave the truck overnight. They were above and beyond helpful to make sure our plans weren’t completely ruined. If I could give 10 stars I would. I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service. We highly recommend!!! We are going to start taking our vehicles to our local Burt’s Bro’s!
