Tiara is the best! She helped me every step of the way! The pricing is fair and this is a great car shop to go to for all your car needs. I don't know much about cars and they answered my questions when I had them.

Bought some tires from Walmart, Walmart wouldn’t install them because they were not the actual tire spec out for my truck. I drove across the street to Burt Brothers and they were all! Within 30 minutes they had my truck back there and the tires mounted and balanced Tiarra was simply amazing, great customer care Carson and CJ jumped right on it. It’s 100° outside probably 120 in their shop and they work their butts off and had me on the road within 30 minutes. Just want to Thank the team at Burt Brothers for their quick response and happy service!

I don't usually leave reviews but the service by Freddy and the team exceeded expectations. I was on the way to my son's wedding when we had emergency vehicle problems and to say that the team bent over backwards to get us back on the road is probably an understatement. It was definitely a higher level of service than can be expected at similar shops. For those who appreciate amazing service and a quality repair make sure you ask for the Freddy the fantastic!

These guys are awesome. Their oil changes are really well priced. They're very kind and very prompt. When I was coming in, I had a question about my brakes, and the They said that it wasn't needed, but that they would run a promotion when I was ready. So a very reasonable price as well, they've done my oil changes a couple of times now and I've been very pleased each time. Their care of me as well as my vehicle has been outstanding.
