This was my first visit to Burt Brothers for an oil change. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Jake at the front desk. He kept me updated on the progress and then explained clearly the billing. The waiting room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Burt Brothers on Highland Drive to anyone interested in quality service at a fair price
