From my very first interaction with him over the phone, Lysle was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. He assisted me with reserving the tires I needed and made the entire process straightforward from the beginning. Once my vehicle was being serviced, that same level of professionalism continued. Lysle kept me informed about the status of my vehicle, communicated clearly throughout the process, and made sure everything was taken care of through completion. What stood out most to me was his attention to detail and respect for my time. As a business owner myself, I understand how important customer service is, and I also understand that exceptional service doesn’t happen by accident. Continued great experience with Burt Brothers Downtown. They make owning a car downtown super easy. I’ve been pleased with everything from oil changes to new tires, and I’ve consistently had great service. It’s nice having a shop I can actually trust and not have to worry about. Highly recommend!

Great communication about what was going on with my car and what was involved in fixing it. Gave me options, and no pressure to choose the more expensive one! Very timely and professional.

There was effective customer service in my experience at Burt Brothers from Lysle.

I had an emergency situation, and Burt Brothers was the closest service location. They absolutely took care of me, diagnosed what others kept missing, and fixed my wheel bearing issue for a reasonable price. They even kept my car locked in the shop over the weekend for protection, as driving it was not safe. I am so happy with their work. Thanks so much for the great service.

Greg is amazing!

My wife was driving and somewhere along the way, a stowaway “nail” ended up hitching a ride in our left, rear tire. I remembered their jingle from TV and thought I’d give Burt Brothers a try. When I went in, Greg was taking care of some other customers, so I waited patiently for my turn. Greg was knowledgeable, helpful, and provided the possibilities for our puncture situation. He was the lone guy in the front of the shop and he had one technician working in the back of the shop. It’s a Saturday so the jobs were stacking up. I didn’t have anywhere to be, so I opted to wait for my car and see if the tire could be fixed or if I’d have to make a purchase. I was quoted 60 to 90 minutes. Once the car was taken back by the tech, she took care of my car so quickly. I was impressed by her efficiency, accuracy in fixing the puncture, and getting me on my way in a timely manner. The waiting room was well equipped with drinks and snacks (for purchase), padded chairs, TV, and restroom. The area was clean and comfortable to wait for a bit. This location was the closest to my house and the next time I’m in a pinch, I’ll come back.
