I came into Burt Brothers with a flat tire. They spent 2 1/2 hours with me trying to come up with the right solution for the fix. They actually had to find a new tire for me. They called all over The Salt Lake area looking for a tire. No one had one but one at Larry H Miller Toyota. They were willing to go get the tire for me and then put it on my car. They were even willing to let me go get the tire and have it put on. They were so kind to me and so informative. I really appreciated the service that I received that day. after all of that work, I asked what I owed them and they said nothing. Wow that was very impressive. Thank you.
This was my first time using Burt Brothers. My SUV's condensor failed due to a rock. This was replaced fast. The final cost was fair. I will use Burt Brothers in the future.
