Warranty & Low Price Guarantee at Burt Brothers
At Burt Brothers, your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we back our auto services and products with comprehensive warranties and a low-price guarantee. Learn more below about how we ensure you get the best value and peace of mind every time you visit.
Low Price Guarantee
Burt Brothers promises to match any locally authorized retail competitor’s price for the exact same tire at the time of sale. This guarantee requires the customer to present a local competitor’s current price for an identical tire including the same manufacturer, brand, style, load and mileage rating at the time of purchase. Competitive pricing must reflect tires that are new, in stock and available for immediate purchase. If a competitor’s ad requires a minimum purchase quantity to receive a lower price, the customer must purchase that same minimum quantity from Burt Brothers. Our Low Price guarantee excludes commercial and fleet account pricing or any tires sold by wholesalers, resellers or other third party businesses on individual or marketplace sites. Competitive financing offers, bundled promotions, labor, service, installation and warranty costs are not included in our Low Price Guarantee. Our Low Price Guarantee will not be applied to previous or past orders. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time.
Warranty on Alignments
