I’ve had great experiences at this store in South Salt Lake City. Guest are treated equally and cared for fairly. The story is always clean and inviting. I have had the opportunity to speak with technicians who have always been knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond. I've been suffering from a leaky tire for a couple months and was hesitant to bring it in. Within 45 minutes, they found the leak (a screw), patched it, and sent me on my way. Super helpful and friendly staff, as well! Thank you, Burt Brothers!

We were traveling on the highway when we heard a strange noise coming from underneath our car. We pulled over and checked the tires, and everything looked fine, but we noticed that a splash guard underneath the car was loose. We contacted this shop because it was the closest place to us, and we were helped by Demian Miranda. Even though it was Saturday and they were close to closing, he immediately told us they could help us. When we arrived, he made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. He invited us to sit in the lobby and explained that they would inspect the car and do their best to help us. Within about five minutes, he came back and explained that the splash guard was simply loose. He told me that he had installed new clips to secure it properly. Luckily, the splash guard itself wasn’t damaged. When he finished, I asked how much I owed him, and he told me not to worry about it because it was nothing. I was honestly impressed because I had never experienced that level of honesty and kindness at an auto shop before. I insisted that he let me pay for something, but he said they couldn’t charge me because it didn’t take long and it wasn’t a big job. He simply told me to enjoy the rest of my trip. I can honestly recommend this establishment 100%! Huge credit to the owner for having such honest, helpful, and professional employees. Demian was amazing and truly went above and beyond to help us when we were in need. Thank you so much! Thanks Demian!!

I went there after looking for quite some hours a good shop that is also budget friendly to align my Nismo 370z. The process was smooth and fast and the attention from the manager and some fella with glasses was 10/10. I’m definitely coming back for more services in the future!
