My service writer, Jordan saved me dollars by working with the mechanic to postpone a potential issue and how to check it in the future.

Came in for a flat tire and they were able to help me right away!! There were some issues in getting the correct size tires, but Trent and the team did EVERYTHING possible (including driving all the way to Farmington) to make sure my tires were fixed and that I could drive it away today! Even after they were closing. I appreciate it!! My Mom has been bringing her cars here for years and now they have made a loyal customer out of me too. Thank you to the whole team in Roy :)

I have been looking for trailer tires and found some a bit cheaper somewhere else. I went in and talked with Trent. Trent was very helpful and helped me find the best tires for my application. He told me he would still price match the other place. I signed up for the tires to be installed. I also asked if they did wheel bearings for trailers as well. They did and they could do them next day so I added that as well. After the work was done everything was done as explained. I also got detailed information on the condition of my wheel bearings and the work performed. Bryce was the mechanic that worked on it and was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this shop if you need work done

I went into Burt Brothers in Roy because another place was unwilling to help explain to me why my vehicle was not passing the Emissions test. Skyla Was so quick to help me she was great to work with and answered any and all questions that we had. She made sure that I was taken care of in a timely manner. The technician Bryce that had fixed the problem also Took time to explain to me what he did to repair my vehicle so it was safe for me and my family to drive.
