I believed I needed a new serpentine belt and I was right. In my initial phone call the clerk said the master mechanics that complete jobs like changing belts were pretty backed up and it might be a couple of days. I dropped it off a little before 2:00, they diagnosed the condition by 3:00 and got my approval to complete the job along with an oil change that was due. They said they would be in touch with me about the time frame for completing all the service. At 5:15 they called to inform me all the work was done and I could come pick up my car! The staff have always been very cordial and easy to work with. I previously traveled 30 minutes to the Toyota dealer but am sure glad I switched to Burt Brothers who are only 6-7 minutes from my house. I feel they take better care of my car than the Toyota dealer. I highly recommend them.
