You really can’t ask for better service than that! Greg at the front desk was especially great — incredibly cordial, helpful, and communicative throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a frustrating situation completely painless. It’s rare to find a shop that combines great customer service, efficiency, and genuine helpfulness like this. Continued great experience with Burt Brothers Downtown. They make owning a car downtown super easy. I’ve been pleased with everything from oil changes to new tires, and I’ve consistently had great service. It’s nice having a shop I can actually trust and not have to worry about. Highly recommend!
