I had a flat tire, but I didn’t get my original tires from Burt Brothers and they fixed it for Free!!! Yes, Free!! I was beyond grateful!!!

We had the best experience with this location! We are from out of town and were traveling home on an overly hot day when our AC went out! After having a different mechanic attempt and turn us away, we called SEVERAL places with no luck of anyone able to help! With only ten minutes before closing they told us to come in and stayed after hours to fix our problem and get us on the way! Amanda and Clint couldn't have been kinder and we appreciated their willingness to help us get back on the road!

This place surprised me , they fixed my tire free of charge, thank you , thank you, thank you, great people and great service.

I’ve been going to this location for the last few years and they’ve been amazing to work with. I’m hypersensitive to sounds and any little noise I hear sends me into a panic.. What was that? How much is this going to cost? How long would it take to fix? All the questions nobody wants to be thinking about. Anytime I’ve taken my cars to be checked I’m greeted and they actually listen to my concerns without making me feel crazy or like I’m overreacting. They take the time to check to make me feel at ease. When there’s actually been something wrong they’ve explained what it was, what would need to be fixed now and what could wait in a way I understood so I could make an educated decision. They never bullshit me or over charged, and always looked for ways to save me money. The most recent, I had my brakes replaced but because I could still hear sound they let me bring in the brakes that I wanted and swapped them for free, didn’t even charge me for labor. Just one of many examples of how amazing their team is. I can’t recommend them enough. Special shoutout to Collin for always going above and beyond to make me feel heard, putting my mind at ease and keeping me on the road.
